Service description
Die-cutting, stamping and forming of steel-strip components – we manufacture clamps, clips, contact plates and technical fasteners for household appliances, automotive, lighting and construction.
We work on mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 60 tonnes and on strip-fed automatic machines for multi-million-unit runs. We handle steel strip from 0.2 to 4 mm thick (carbon, stainless, galvanised steel, brass). We make the dedicated tooling in-house – so the time from design to the first batch is short and tooling costs stay under control.
Each part can additionally undergo heat treatment, electrogalvanising, plastic coating and other processes such as fluidisation coating and cataphoresis. We handle both short prototype runs (from 100 pieces) and multi-million-unit contracts with delivery to INCOTERMS 2020 standards. Documentation compliant with PPAP/VDA/APQP for automotive.

Frequently asked questions
How long does order fulfilment take?
The standard lead time is 2–6 weeks from approval of the technical drawing, depending on product complexity and batch size. For prototype production the average time is 7–14 days.
Can I make changes during production?
Yes – we work flexibly. Changes in the prototype phase are carried through until a WIN–WIN result is achieved. During series production we require a formal change order, and costs depend on the scale of the modification (change of material, geometry or tolerances).
Do you handle product certification?
Yes. We work in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 (for automotive). We provide 3.1 quality certificates per EN 10204, PPAP/VDA reports, material conformity certificates and full production-batch documentation.
Do you offer eco-friendly solutions?
Yes. Our company operates an ISO 14001 environmental management system. We use anti-corrosion coatings (alkaline zinc plating, Zn-Ni), packaging made from recyclable materials, and we recover >95% of metal waste.
How involved can I be in the implementation process?
Full co-design is standard with us. The client can be involved from the concept phase – together we analyse requirements and propose materials and geometry, prototypes and fatigue tests. We offer engineering support at every stage of production.
What do you make from steel strip?
Connectors, clips, hangers, decorative and structural bent parts, and mounting elements for zig-zag furniture springs. Preferred product sections are strips 0.2–4 mm thick and up to 40 mm wide, in spring and structural steels.
